Jeremiah 29:11-14

"For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to give you hope in your final outcome.
Then you will call upon Me, and you will come and pray to Me, and I will hear and heed you.
Then you will seek Me, inquire for, and require Me [as a vital necessity] and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart. [Deut. 4:29-30.]
I will be found by you, says the Lord, and I will release you from captivity and gather you from all the nations and all the places to which I have driven you, says the Lord, and I will bring you back to the place from which I caused you to be carried away captive".

#IFoundHim, is the theme for Pastor Langu's concert, coming to us live on the 26th of May 2018 at Salem Assembly Auditorium. As I was sitting down thinking what it really meant when Pastor Langu said " I Found Him" I came across this word 'Jeremiah 29:11-14' after I read it, it all made sense to me, that:

Firstly God has Great great plans for us.
When we understand God's plans and we call upon Him, come Pray to Him, He does not only hear us but He pays full attention to us.
The Word here says We will Seek for Him, inquire and require Him, but this is where we get to Pastor Langu's theme. When we search for Him with All our Hearts we will Find Him #IFoundHim.
When you Find God He releases you from captivity, He sets us free from all our Problems. He brings solutions, He brings Peace to our Hearts. When we find Him, He bring us back from all those places we were held captive.

Therefore I think here that is what Pastor Langu must have had in His heart when he said #IFoundHim
Because He searched for Him whole heartedly and Found Him and He released him from every captivity that was going on in his life.
May we all be a part of that, may we all understand God's Plans for us, and Give ourselves to God and just come together and celebrate the night of the 26th of May 2018 with Pastor Langu and we all say we are Joyful because we Found Him

Let us be Fire Lighters

Acts 28:2-3 (NIV) " The islanders showed us unusual kindness. They built a fire and welcomed us all because it was raining and cold.  Paul gathered a pile of brushwood and, as he put it on the fire, a viper, driven out by the heat, fastened itself on his hand." We see here that Paul did not sit around and watch as the Islanders built Fire for them, he got involved in the making of Fire. Our father referred to this Script on our recent Workers Fellowship meeting, Sunday the 21st Jan 2018.  So Salemites let us take it to ourselves to make sure that we run with the vision of our church. As this is our year of VISIBILITY, let us do everything in our Power to give our church exposure.
