The Power Of The Tongue

Proverb 18:21 – “Death and life are in the POWER of the tongue”.

I have heard a lot of preachers when quoting this verse; they say “THE POWER OF LIFE AND DEATH IS IN THE TONGUE”. I would like to make mention of something out of this verse. When the bible says death and life are in the power of the tongue, it means that here the only thing that has power is the tongue according to this verse, not the other way around – any word can be put in it. Now if the tongue is the one that has power that simple means each and every word put in the tongue is bound to make an effect when it released. Let me explain how it works – as we all know that power is used in everything that is stubborn, hard, heavy and strong, likewise this particular power is used in every stubborn, hard, heavy and strong spiritual objects. In other words if there are hindrances standing on your way, whatever word released it goes with and inside the power and power will do its duties to break, destroy and nullify the object then the word will do what you sent it to do.

By the revelation of this verse begin to release what you want to see in your life, the power that is already in your tongue will destroy, break and nullify any object hindering you from success, prosperity and healing – that word released is bound to be effective. AMEN

Let us be Fire Lighters

Acts 28:2-3 (NIV) " The islanders showed us unusual kindness. They built a fire and welcomed us all because it was raining and cold.  Paul gathered a pile of brushwood and, as he put it on the fire, a viper, driven out by the heat, fastened itself on his hand."
